PROHIBITED USE POLICY

This Prohibited Use Policy applies to all users of the services provided by Speak Geek To Me, operating as Augmently Agency ("Augmently", "we", "us", or "our") at augmently.agency (the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree not to use them — or allow others to use them — for any of the following:

1. Illegal Activity

Any activity that violates federal, provincial, or local laws in Canada or any other applicable jurisdiction.
Facilitating, encouraging, or promoting illegal conduct.

2. Fraud and Deception

Using the Services to deceive, defraud, or mislead any person or organization.
Impersonating any person, business, or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
Creating fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements.

3. Harassment and Abuse

Harassing, threatening, bullying, or abusing any person.
Using the Services to make harassing, threatening, or abusive calls.
Discriminating against or targeting individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

4. Spam and Unwanted Communications

Using the Services to send or facilitate spam, unsolicited messages, robocalls, or mass communications without proper consent.
Using the Services to evade call-blocking or do-not-call registries.

5. Malware and Security Interference

Introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services, our systems, or other users' accounts.
Interfering with, disrupting, or degrading the operation of the Services.
Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Services without authorization.

6. Misuse of AI Capabilities

Using the AI agent to generate or disseminate false, misleading, or harmful content.
Using the AI agent to collect personal information without consent or in violation of privacy laws.
Using the AI agent for purposes outside of legitimate business receptionist functions.

7. Resale and Unauthorized Use

Reselling, sublicensing, or white-labeling the Services without our prior written consent.
Sharing accounts or credentials with unauthorized parties.
Using the Services to compete with Augmently or build a competing product.

8. Data Misuse

Scraping, harvesting, or extracting data from the Services without authorization.
Using data obtained through the Services in violation of the Privacy Policy or applicable law.

9. Violation of Laws and Regulations

Using the Services in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or industry standard, including telemarketing, call recording, and privacy regulations.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, without notice, if we determine in our reasonable judgment that you have violated this policy. We may also report violations to law enforcement where appropriate.
