REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases from Speak Geek To Me, operating as Augmently Agency ("Augmently", "we", "us", or "our"). All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

1. Setup Fee ($999 CAD, one-time)

Fully refundable if you cancel before your onboarding/setup work has begun.
Non-refundable once setup work has started, because the fee covers configuration work, agent setup, and 12 months of Concierge Support that begins at that point.
If we are unable to deliver the Services due to a failure on our side, you will receive a full refund of the setup fee.

2. Monthly Subscription Fees ($297 or $597 CAD/month)

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.
Non-refundable for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds are issued.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

3. Overage Charges

Overage charges (usage beyond your plan's included minutes) are non-refundable, as they represent service already consumed.

4. Add-Ons

Add-on fees ($5/$25/$99 CAD/month) follow the same policy as subscription fees: non-refundable for partial months, cancellable effective at the end of the billing period.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email privacy@augmently.agency with your account details and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the laws of Ontario and Canada.
